Limitation of Liability: Except where prohibited by law, LeGrande Enterprises will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any product provided, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential, regardless of the legal theory asserted, including warranty, contract, negligence or strict liability. Purchaser assumes all risk and responsibility in the use and purchase of the compressor hoist . Purchaser holds harmless, indemnifies, and relieves seller of any and all risk and responsibility in the use of said equipment.
Seller is held in a NO FAULT condition in all aspects and usage of said product.
This hoist IS NOT to be used to hoist people or to be used where people would be under ANY item being hoisted by tool.

Hoist is limited to 250 pounds and the ladder’s weight limitations whichever is less! Take into account the weight of lift also.

Hoists are tested upon completion and work to specs, if in the rare event item is defective please email and let us know. We stand behind our product.

Buyer agrees all legal actions will be in the state of Montana, county of Ravalli. 
All legal fees and collection costs are the responsibility of buyer.

                             Safety Guidelines
*Always use extreme care and osha approved safety harness and tie downs to ensure you are tied to the roof properly and cannot fall off roof while using compressor hoist.
*Never use hoist to lift people or hoist any item while people are underneath nor near load being hoisted.
*Never overload the ladder, also add the weight of the compressor hoist to the total combined weight to be lifted.
*Never exceed 250 pounds on compressor hoist.
*Do not push off ladder and begin hoisting unless wearing osha approved safety harness and attached to roof with proper rope.
*Do not use on steep pitched roofs. Anything over 2/12 pitch is extremely dangerous, and should never be attempted.
*Ladder base should be on level ground and pitched from the wall according to ladder manufacturers instructions. Base should be secure and not be allowed to move, shift or otherwise be undermined while hoisting material. Ladder should be securely fastened to the ground according to ladder manufacturers recommendations.
*Do not kink or otherwise abuse cable. If cable is damaged in any way it must be replaced before being put into service again. Cable should be inspected before each use. Replace only with equivalent or higher rated cable. Follow winch manufacturers quantity guidelines for amount of cable on winch spool.
* Keep the winch well maintained and follow winch manufacturers schedule of maintenance. Winch should be inspected before each use and if damaged in any way should be replaced. Replace only with equivalent winch. Winch instructions, warranty card and maintenance guidelines are shipped with each hoist. *Do not operate compressor hoist without bottom foot channel safety pin in place, safety pin locks compressor hoist to ladder. Keep safety pin in bottom hole of foot channel so it won’t be lost.  If safety pin is lost, please contact us, safety pin is available for purchase separately for compressor hoist owners.
*Purchasers company management is responsible to ensure employees are properly trained in compressor hoists use and safety requirements. Compressor Hoist is a very useful and safe tool when used properly and with care.
